Start with accurate shipment details
A useful freight quote begins with pickup and delivery ZIP codes, freight description, weight, dimensions, quantity, and timing. Tell us whether loading docks, forklifts, cranes, ramps, or appointments are involved.
Choose equipment for the load
Freight may move by dry van, flatbed, step deck, removable gooseneck trailer, enclosed trailer, or another configuration. Cargo dimensions, loading method, weather sensitivity, and route help determine the option.
Prepare for pickup
Package, palletize, crate, brace, or secure loose items as appropriate. Confirm contact information and site access. Equipment should be accessible, and freight documentation should match the shipment.
Coordinate delivery
Make sure the delivery location can accept the truck or trailer and has the equipment needed to unload. Share gate requirements, appointments, and restrictions before dispatch.
